Another wild hand between Chiu Kim Wah and Jaemoon Seok! On the button, Chiu opens and Jaemoon Seok tops up. Fireworks follow a flop of Q♥ 9♠ 10♥ with Chiu raising all in and Seok with the snap-call.

Jaemoon Seok: Q♣ 9♣ two pair

The turn drops a sick Q♦ for both players to improve to a full house with Seok far ahead. Chiu only has one out to help him win the hand but the river J♣ isn’t it to finish in 2nd place. Chiu earns TWD 489,000 plus a collection of seven bounty rewards.

The final two players have agreed on an ICM deal and will play for the remaining bounties amounting to TWD 330,000 plus the trophy.

Out of the small blind, Wooseok Kim open shoves and Jaemoon Seok call on the big blind.

Jaemoon Seok: 6♣ 10♣

Kim doesn’t need to hit while Seok needs to in order to deliver the elimination. Kim gets a clean flop J♠ Q♥ 4♥ until the turn with the 6♦ pairing up Seok. With the river 9♥, Kim finishes in 3rd place.

Level 28 is underway with blinds of 40K-80K ante 80K. Three players remain hunting down the title and the biggest bounty worth TWD 300,000 that’s still hidden in the treasure chest.

After Wooseok Kim folds on the button, big blind Chiu Kim Wah announces all in however it is still Jaemoon Seok’s turn. Chiu’s shove is binding if Seok just calls and he does then calls in.

Seok is energized seeing he is ahead and with the board dropping blanks of jack-high, he scores a huge double up on Chiu’s mistake.

Players are on an unscheduled break.

Jaemoon Seok opens 125,000 and both of his opponents on the blinds call. They check it to the turn K♥ 8♦ 8♥ 2♣ where Chiu puts Kim all in who risks it while Seok folds.

Chiu Kim Wah: K♦ 3♣

Kim has trips but still needs to dodge a king to survive. Even better on the river with the 8♠ finding the board for quads.

Jaemoon Seok min-raises to 125,000 and big blind Wooseok Kim defends. They proceed to check it to the river 3♦ 8♦ A♦ 10♦ 8♥ where Kim bets 100,000. Seok answers with a raise to 400,000. Kim calls and shows 9♠ 8♣ trips. Seok has him beat with K♣ 8♠ higher kicker.

Jaemoon Seok is all in holding 3♣ 3♥ and is flipping for his tournament life against Chiu Kim Wah’s J♥ 5♥.

Looking bleak at the flop5♦ Q♠ 7♦ with Chiu improving to a better pair. The turn 4♦ gives Seok a bit more outs but still looking bleak. As he calls out “six”, the deck hears his desperation and grants it 6♥ for the straight and a reload.

Level 27 is underway with blinds of 30K-60K ante 60K. Three players remaining with average stack of 2,630,000. The biggest bounty of TWD 300,000 is still up for grabs.

On the button, Chiu Kim Wah raises, big blind Jaemoon Seok jams. and Chiu snaps for his tournament life.

When the board reaches the turn10♥ 10♣ 10♦ 4♦ , Chiu is already up off his seat ready to walk away then the river J♦ stuns as he celebrates the catch while Seok is in shock.

Three-way single raised pot is checked to the river 2♥ 10♦ 9♦ 10♣ 4♣ . Wooseok Kim bets 500,000, Jaemoon Seok calls and Chiu folds. Kim has8♦ 7♦bluff for Seok’s 5♣ 5♦ pocket pair to hold and win the pot.

Family pot with no raise, they all check it to the turn A♠ 4♥ 8♠ 9♣ where Chiu Kim Wah bets 75,000 and the blinds check-call to the river 9♦.

Chiu bets again for 200,000. Kim believes and folds while Seok wants to see then mucks to Chiu’s9♥ 6♣ trips.

Wooseok Kim opens 100,000 at under the gun, Chun Yu Yeh three-bets 700,000, Kim fires back a shove, and Chun snap-calls for his tournament life.

Chun is in trouble and with the board throwing nothing but blanks, he exits in 4th place. In addition to his prize money, Chun cashes out his five bounties.

Kim goes to draw his bounty, in search of the biggest one but he draws the TWD 20,000 and walks away disappointed.

After winning the previous pot, Jaemoon Seok goes on a tear, picking up several pots against Chiu Kim Wah that don’t see a showdown of cards. Seok now has 3,550,000.

Jaemoon Seok min-raises and big blind Wooseok Kim defends. Both players check it it to the turn 2♠ 4♦ 2♦ 6♠ where Kim attempts to steal for 100,000 and Seok calls.

Action is the same on the river 6♦ with Kim firing 300,000, Seok still calls and Kim shows his 10♣ 3♣ failed bluff. Seok wins the pot with A♠ Q♠.

Level 26 is underway with blinds of 25K-50K ante 50K. Only 4 players remaining from a field of 263 entries. The biggest bounty worth TWD 300,000 is still in play.

Heavy preflop action begins with Chun Yu Yeh opening for 80,000, Chiu Kim Wah three-bets 120,000, Jaemoon Seok four-bets 400,000, Chun shoves 650,000, and only Seok calls to put him on the ropes.

Chun is far ahead and stays there throughout the board 9♣ 8♥ J♠ 4♣ 3♥ for another reload and is back to good health.

Chun Yu Yeh is down to 325,000 and goes all in holding out of the small blind with Q♣ 9♣. Easy call for big blind Chiu Kim Wah who turns over 7♠ 6♥.

Chun is ahead but Chiu is live. The board runs a safe 5♣ K♦ J♣ Q♠ 6♦ to keep Chun’s title hopes alive.

Wooseok Kim raises 80,000, Chun Yu Yeh three-bets 250,000 out of the small blind, Chiu Kim Wah calls on the big blind, and that’s enough to get Wooseok Kim to fold.

Action erupts at the flop 3♦ J♠ 6♦ with Kim’s 300,000 bet met with a check-raise all in for 1,700,000. Chiu tank-calls for his tournament life.

Chun is drawing dead on the turn J♥ to seal Chiu the double up as the board completes with 4♦ river.

Wooseok Kim opens for 80,000 and Chun Yu Yeh defends his small blind. After the big blind folds, Kim continues for 60,000 on a flop of J♠ K♠ 2♦, Chun answers with a check-raise to 180,000. Kim fires back with a 300,000 three-bet then snap-calls Chun’s four-bet jam.

Kim is covered but is ahead with K♥ J♣ two pair. Chun has 10♠ 8♠ and is drawing for the flush. The turn 3♣ changes nothing and neither does the river 9♣ for Kim’s hand to hold and secure a double up.

Chip Count Update

Chun Yu Yeh open shoves on the small blind seat and Lian Herry snap-calls risking everything behind.

Herry is looking good with just one overcard to dodge but for the third time, the deck continues to favor the big stack as it drops not one but two jacks on a board J♠ A♥ Q♦ J♥ 5♠ to boot Herry into 5th place.

Chun goes to collect his mystery bounty. The top two are still in there…. until voila! Chun finds the TWD 150,000!

Three-way single raised lot brings a flop of 8♠ 5♠ 10♦. Chiu Kim Wah bets 60,000 and only Wooseok Kim continues to the turn Q♠. Both players check and the board pair with the Q♥ river.

Chiu bets 150,000 and Kim calls then mucks to the K♠ 4♠ flush.

Jangwon Moon jams his last 315,000, Jaemoon Seok follows suit with 1,620,000, then Chak Hei Chan makes it a three-way with just over 600,000.

Again the deck favors the biggest stack as it drops four spades on the board for the flush to Seok on a board 6♠ 5♠ 2♠ 3♠ 6♦ to crack both pairs and deliver a double KO.

Hengzhe Hu shoves 300,000 and after spending two time extensions, big blind Chun Yu Yeh defends.

The deck favors the big stack as Chun quickly pairs up to overtake then rails Hu when it completes 10♣ 7♦ K♣ 2♣ Q♠.

Ang Mei San open shoves with A♦ 5♥ and Chiu Kim Wah isolates holdingJ♣ 10♠. The board comes 10♦ 7♥ 9♥ 7♠ 5♣ and with Kim’s pair, that ends San’s run in 9th place.

Jaemoon Seok raises the minimum, Lian Herry calls, then Chak Hei Chan three-bets 150,000. Back to Seok, he flats while Herry squeezes for 325,000. Chan folds and Seok follows out behind.

Jaemoon Seok gets involved in back-to-back hands, first successfully defending his big blind against Chiu Kim Wah who opens 50,000 at lojack. Both players chcek it to the turn 10♦ 8♣ 2♦ 8♥ where Chiu takes a chance for 100,000 that Seok check-calls.

Seok switches up on the river J♣ with a 400,000 lead out bet and wins the pot uncontested.

Next hand, Seok limps in on the small blind and big blind Chun Yu Yeh checks. They check it to the river 3♠ Q♣ Q♥ 3♦ A♣. Seok checks again while Chun bets 110,000. Seok tanks for one time extension then calls. Chun shows 3♥ 5♥ trips and rakes it in.
